Terms of Service

Agreement

By booking a cleaning service with Carolina's House Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by our company, whether booked by phone, email, or through our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Carolina's House Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services across North New Jersey. The scope of each service is defined by the quote provided to you before your appointment. Any additional tasks requested on-site may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our capabilities or service area.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Quotes provided are flat-rate and will not change unless the scope of work changes materially from what was described at the time of booking. If additional work is needed, we will discuss pricing with you before proceeding.

Liability

Carolina's House Cleaning is fully bonded and insured up to $1,000,000. In the event of accidental damage to your property during a cleaning visit, please notify us within 48 hours. We will assess the situation and either repair, replace, or compensate you for the damaged item at our discretion. Our liability is limited to the fair market value of the damaged item.

Cancellation

We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price. No-shows without any notice will be charged the full quoted amount. Recurring service plans can be paused or cancelled at any time with no penalty.

Access and Security

If you provide us with a key, access code, or lockbox combination, we will handle it securely and use it only for scheduled cleaning visits. We are not responsible for any issues arising from faulty locks, alarm systems, or access instructions provided incorrectly. Please ensure pets are secured in a safe area prior to our arrival.
