How do you price a clean?
We quote by the home, not by the hour. After a 5-minute call about your space and routine you get a flat rate — no surprises on the bill.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Most clients are not. We handle keys, codes and lockboxes securely and send a photo report when we leave.
What if something gets damaged?
We are bonded and insured up to one million dollars. Tell us within 48 hours and we make it right.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Eco-conscious products and microfiber kits are included. If you have a preferred product, we will use yours.
